AVAILABILITY
Please contact the hotel to check the availability of tables for the date & time you require. On Friday and Saturday, we can organize Private Christmas lunch/Dinner from a minimum of 35 persons.
CONFIRMATION
All reservations must be confirmed in writing. Deposits are required to guarantee all reservations. The hotel must receive confirmation of any reservtion within 7 days of the reservation being made.
PAYMENT
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £10.00 PER PERSON MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR CONFORMATION. Should the number in your party reduce the deposit for the cancelled seats will not be deducted from the final payment. The full pre-payment must be received 14 days prior to the event. Please ensure cheques have name, address, telephone number & date of booking on the reverse. Cheques are made payable to Comfort Hotel Enfield. Cheques not honored will be subject to sur-charge.
PRE-ORDER
A menu pre-order is required by 12noon 14 days before the date of the booking.
CANCELLATIONS
All advance payments guarantee your reservation & are non re-fundable. No refunds will be given once the final payment has been made.
